Terms and conditions

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of Wedding Table (the "Service"), operated by Made in Block S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who we are

Wedding Table is provided by Made in Block S.r.l., a limited liability company incorporated in Italy, with registered office at Via Aosta 4, 20155 Milan, Italy, VAT number IT12222360963.

3. Account and access

To use the Service you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You can sign in with email and password or with a supported third-party identity provider. If you sign in with a third-party provider, that provider's own terms also apply.

4. Plans and payment

Wedding Table is offered on a per-project basis. The price and the contents of each plan are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once a project has been created against a payment, the payment for that project is final. You can delete a project at any time, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the data you put into the Service, including guest lists, table layouts, names, dietary notes, and any other planning information (your "Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, back up, sync, and display your Content for the purpose of providing the Service to you and to the people you invite.

You are responsible for the Content you upload, including the right to upload and share it. You confirm that the people whose data you add to Wedding Table either know about it or will not object.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights
  • Try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or break into the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Sharing and collaboration

You can share a project with other people by inviting them by email or by generating a shareable link. You are responsible for who you invite and the level of access you grant them. Anyone with edit access can change the project; anyone with view access can see its contents.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the projects page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. We will give you reasonable notice where the breach is remediable and not security related.

On termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. You can request an export beforehand.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. We strongly recommend you keep your own copy of important information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, save for mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in-app. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised. Your continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
